Customers please be noted our order ships directly from the suppliers or our distribution centre locations in Factory Sealed Condition. If a unit arrives damaged or does not function properly, we will gladly work with our reps to issue an exchange (at no cost to you) or submit a repair call to get the unit operational. However, our general stated policy is that we can not and will not accept money back returns (exceptions may apply). If you are unsure about whether or not the unit will be right for you, please do not purchase. If unit has not shipped out yet, we will gladly cancel your order and return payment in full. Once the parcel is sent and registered, we will be unable to guarantee it can be stop and interception fee's may apply. If you are adament on a return, please contact us to request an Return Authorization Number (RAN). If an RAN is granted, please see below for our return conditions.
